Yes we know it's an east coast name. In our world it refers to Julie  getting 2 Great Dane puppies. Now you get it, right. SMASH beer made with 2 row and Cascade hops. Slightly on the hop backward side. Yep it's a Jaws reference.

a different take on our Uncle Mike's Ale. This time we used cascade, 2 row malt grain and American lager yeast. We lagered it for 5 weeks. What came out was a light easy drinking beer that tastes smooth. We hope you'll enjoy one.

Garage Project Hazy IPA

Hazy NEIPA - 6.4%

Our Flagship and favorite Hazy. Very fruity with notes of ripe melon, stone fruit and bubble gum. Rhymes with fabulous. Made up word by Paige who couldn't say fabulous when she was a young kid.

A 50% oats grain bill make this a  juicy,  IPA with a soft, cloudy golden appearance. Bursting with aromas of tropical fruit, citrus, and stone fruit, followed by flavors of mango, pineapple, and ripe orange. Low bitterness, smooth mouthfeel, and a pillowy finish make this hop-forward beer incredibly drinkable.

A traditional German-style wheat ale brewed with Bavarian yeast. This naturally hazy beer pours pale gold with a tall, creamy head. Aromas of banana and clove lead into a soft, bready wheat flavor with subtle sweetness and very low hop bitterness. Light-bodied, highly carbonated, and smooth on the finish, this Hefeweizen is crisp, refreshing, and easy to drink.
